About Lauren

Reiki practitioner, space holder, energy weaver, musician, entrepreneur. Beyond these labels, I am a human being on a path of self-discovery - here to support you along yours!

In January 2020 I received my Usui Reiki attunement, instantly embarking on a transformative journey of self-discovery and self-healing that continues to inspire my service.

In March 2020 I embarked on a solo journey from Ontario to British Columbia, in pursuit of learning more about myself and the world we live in. I have since utilized these tools & practices to help overcome addiction, process grief, stay grounded in times of change, and support my nervous system through the daily experience of being a sensitive empath.

Passionate about personal development and emotional wellness, I love exploring new healing modalities and consider myself a life-long student. In addition to Reiki and sound, I’m involved in ongoing community events including singing circles, cacao ceremonies, embodiment workshops and private events co-facilitated with my partner.

In the business world, I also have 6 years of Marketing experience and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. I currently own a freelance marketing business, while teaching Social Media Marketing to other entrepreneurs seeking balance in work and life. 

When I’m not working or spending quality time with my partner, you can probably find me in nature, enjoying a home-cooked meal, listening to music or trying out a new local coffee shop!
