This is a favourite ongoing offering, co-facilitated alongside my talented partner.
Together we lead and sing songs from across the world with guitar, drums, shakers and the power of our voice.
Our intention is to raise the collective vibration, transmute any stagnant energies, and celebrate life! You will leave feeling nourished, connected & grounded.

How the Evening Unfolds
Cacao to Open
Cacao is the heart of our gathering. Ceremonial cacao is rich in theobromine to support blood flow and circulation, while inviting us into a more open-hearted state emotionally and energetically. It has been shared for thousands of years to open the heart, deepen connection, and bring people together in prayer.
Song Circle
Lauren and Eddy guide medicine songs, creating space to explore your voice without pressure or performance.
You’re welcome to sing fully, listen quietly, or flow in between. There is also an opportunity for individual solos for those who wish to bring an instrument or offer a song/poem from the heart.
Sound Bath to Land
We close with a sound bath to integrate the evening, allowing the body to rest and return to stillness.
From there, we come back together for a closing share followed by a nourishing meal, creating space to connect, reflect and simply be together in community.
